10-K Wizard is now Morningstar Document Research

Effective today, Morningstar has rebranded 10-K Wizard as Morningstar Document Research. Morningstar acquired 10-K Wizard in December 2008. The new Document Research platform goes beyond the US annual filings (10-K form) to enable streamlined global company research. Its new name is intended to reflect the breadth of the offering.

Morningstar Document Research offers full-text searches and customizable, real-time alerts. Easy exporting functions allow users to retrieve up to 700 documents simultaneously, convert documents to PDF or Microsoft® Word® files, or extract tables and exhibits into Microsoft® Excel®. The website has comprehensive coverage of U.S.public companies, ADRs, and mutual funds.
